Comme chaque année depuis quelque temps, chaque 13 août, on célèbre le Jenny Everywhere Day. Chacun dessine sa Jenny Everywhere et l'envoie à
benj (at) jennyeverywhereday (dot) comJenny Everywhere is an open source character created in 2001 by Steven Wintle and the members of the Barbalith forums. She’s free to use by anyone in any capacity they see fit.
Jenny exists in all realities at the same time and her powers stem from an ability to “Shift” herself and others from one reality to another. Because of this she is sometimes called “The Shifter”. Her powers have been used in a number of different ways including simply teleporting to different universes, shifting between different versions of herself, or exchanging anything she touches with something from another reality. Her exact powers/limitations within any given story are up to the people working on it.
The two things that make her “Jenny Everywhere” are her goggles and her scarf. Every other aspect to her design (including race, body type, hair color, eye color, number of limbs, etc.) are completely up for grabs and fall under the discretion of the creator.
Longer works involving Jenny are encouraged to include this paragraph to explain the character’s open source nature to others:
“The character of Jenny Everywhere is available for use by anyone, with only one condition. This paragraph must be included in any publication involving Jenny Everywhere, in order that others may use this property as they wish. All rights reversed.”

Cette année, ça pourrait être sympa qu'on soit plusieurs de l'équipe à participer. Voire, pourquoi pas, en faire un petit récit pour ceux qui ne sont pas dessinateurs. Bon, après, c'est dans trois jours, donc il y a peu de temps pour se retourner, mais à réfléchir, en tout cas. De toute façon, je participerai comme d'hab.
